Round bars are most frequently used to make parts—such as gears, shafts, axles, and flywheels—for rotating machinery applications. We also engineer and produce round bars for the manufacture of seamless pipe and tubing used in oil drilling, military, and other applications.
Rolling Mill No. 1
• Rounds from 1" to 9" in most 1/16" increments.
• Rounds from 6-1/4" to 9” in most 1/4" increments.
Intermediate and metric sizes can be produced provided certain minimum quantities are met. Please inquire.
Rolling Mill No. 2
• 3/4" to 3-1/2" rounds.
• Standard, decimal, and metric sizes.
• Precision sizing mill offering 1/2 to 1/4 ASTM tolerance.
• Lengths from 18' to 60'
